The staff were lovely, my daughter was exhausted after travelling and they allowed us to check in early. They also accommodated my friend who was needing to work for the afternoon. They couldn't have been nicer. The beds were comfy and the room was clean, I also liked that the building was old so it made the layout of the building a little maze like and that was fun.

Albina on reception was absolutely amazing made us feel at home and treated us so kindly. Gave lots of good advice of where we could take the kids near the hotel and also in different parts of London. They loved her! Clean and comfortable and close to shops, restaurants Victoria station and Pimlico tube. Perfect location!

The location was good for the coach station and ideal for bus stops into the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and there were sufficient towels, tea, coffee etc. The lighting was also good, as was the balance of heating.

Location was perfect, bus stations right in front the hotel, victoria statition just 7 minutes away. Very comfortable beds, lovely staff.

Staff is friendly and the highlight of the hotel is location. There's a bus stop almost in front of the entrance to the hotel and Pimlico metro station is just few blocks away.
