The location was fantastic. The family room was small but total adequate for a couple of nights. The room was very clean and offered tea coffee facilities. The double bed was a little uncomfortable as there was a dip in the middle of the bed where my husband and I kept rolling towards the middle. The room is a little outdated, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Perfect location, right next to Paddington station. Really kind and friendly staff. Clean room and decent sized bathroom for one person.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Checking in and out was so smooth and fast as they had everything already prepared. The room was exactly what we booked like.

The Hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very helpful and available at all times. The room was clean, beds comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Everything looked like the pictures. The Paddington Underground Station is just a few minutes of a walk away. Plenty of nice places to eat on the same street. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to London.
