The hotel was clean and nice. I was satisfied with almost everything, especially one of the staff members named Seyd, who was very kind and even allowed us to park the car there for a few extra hours. I highly recommend it!

Reading other reviews, I was fearful about cold rooms, lack of running hot water, etc. They don’t apply. The A/C is capable to heat the room (not a big surface to heat, though), moreover you have (or can ask for) a separate additional heater to plug in. The water is hot and has great pressure. Good amount of amenities and complimentaries. Bed was comfortable, they clean the room every day, but it must be requested at the reception. Very close to the metro/tube, some options for breakfast/market nearby.

Our stay was wonderful, impeccable room and cleanliness. Very dear employees, we don't speak English but Akram and Syed did not measure efforts to understand each other and get everything explained!

Great staff! Our TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi, when we mentioned it to the receptionist she came up and worked on the TV for at least 10 minutes so that it would connect. Nice room, small but perfect for a few nights. Amazing shower, great water pressure. All in all an amazing stay.
