Great location in London, close enough to the centre and right near Russell Square tube but quiet at night. Also felt very safe. Arrived in London early before check in but were able to leave our bags so we could go off and explore without taking them with us. Room was very clean, bed was a little soft to what I like but it was comfy and I only stayed for 1 night. The staff that we dealt with were all friendly, polite and helpful

Location was ideal. Not far from Euston Station. Not far from either the Tube Station at Russell Square or buses. Staff were very helpful. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Family friendly - children eat free if adult eating main meal. My granddaughter loved the wish - a drink of her choice free once during her stay. Menu in restaurant was good.

Seems to be in the heart of student accommodation. Good value for money, close to the Eurostar station (London St Pancras) which was our travel point.

IT IS A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO A TUBE STATION. WE HAD BREAKFAST EVERY DAY AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. STAFF WERE ALL HELPFULL.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and the pullout bed was extremely comfortable. Our breakfast was perfect and you had a great choice of everything.
