the breakfast was really good, also the room was big and had a lot of amenities. The room had a good temperature all the time.

Arrived at the property early and asked if they could hold our bags while we waited for check-in. They'd had the room available, and we were able to check in early. Very comfortable stay. Great location, easy to find. Central enough to find yourself near places but also out the way enough that you're not being kept up by what's happening in the street.

The location of the hotel is good. You have to walk a bit to the metro, but it is good that there are various places to shop around. Breakfast is good but at least a cheese variety should be added.

Our little boys first trip to London and we weren’t disappointed. I used to work here and love coming back. Staff are always friendly and the location is great. I know that the car park is a public car park however the cost as a hotel guest is a bit expensive. I understand not a lot of people drive to the hotel however a small discounted rate would be nice. The only other this was that it would be nice to see oat milk on breakfast as my wife and son have a soya allergy.

We loved the location as ideal for our concert at Eventim Apollo. And there was a Whetherspoons underneath, great for a cheap evening meal.
