Situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, this Holiday Inn Express is just a 15-minute walk from the O2 Arena, the IFS Cloud cable cars and the North Greenwich tube station. The National Maritime Museum is a 30-minute walk away and the nearest airport is London City Airport, 5.3 miles from the property. Royal Observatory Greenwich is a 15-minute drive and Canary Wharf is 20-minutes from the hotel. The hotel is situated outside the Congestion Charge Zone and on-site parking is available for a fee through YourParkingSpace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
The bright and airy bedrooms at Holiday Inn Express London Greenwich each have an en-suite bathroom equipped with free toiletries, a power shower and a hairdryer. I was staying for the Paul McCartney concert at O2 arena, and this Holiday Inn is just 15min walking. So location was perfect in my case as I avoid taking overcrowded transport late at night. There were more fans staying there and the hotel staff did an incredible job trying to allocate tables at the time of breakfast when we were more people than usual and was really busy. It’s perfect and enough for a stay, staff was nice.
