Location was great for me as I know my way around and have stayed as a guest at the residence in the past. Really good how it’s so close to the shopping centre and tube station.

The property is listed as a 4 star hotel, but it’s nowhere close to being that. It’s a 3 star hotel at best with very basic amenities. The staff however was very nice and helpful

Fabulous location! Close to Westfield shopping center, good restaurants, easy transportation, hair salons, supermarkets, everything you could possibly need on your vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel so no need to pack that stuff. There was a small fridge and a kettle station with coffee, tea and biscuits replenished daily.
