Staff was very friendly, great interior design during Christmas time, great pool experience (for the kids) after a whole day of sightseeing. The concierge was great. We will be back.

Prosecco on arrival at reception Staff fabulous, very welcoming Decor and ambience excellent Pool absolutely fantastic, warm and inviting with very relaxing atmosphere. TV sound very good (LG TV) great for music in the room Overall a great place to stay The £40 Celebration Package for a room upgrade, balloons, cake and Prosecco very good value, treat yourself!
