Friendly staff, easy check in. Location fab! Bed really comfy & clean facilities. They recommended cafes/ lunch and things to do with a partnership discount. This was a great extra! Great value for money me and my friends are very happy.

The property is well situated only a few mins walk from Earls Court underground which was great. Staff were friendly. Room small but done the job. Beds a little to hard for me but that's just my preference. I had contacted the hotel before arriving to see if they could do something pre arrival as it was my friend's 40th which I was told they would but this was not done so a little disappointed with that but she didn't know so I did not hinder our trip.

Great location. Room was cold, they supplied 2 oil filled heaters but they didn't do much for heating the room. The single bed was like a big camp bed, not the most comfortable to sleep in. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location is great, just a short walk and you're faced with the Earls Court tube station, which was really convenient. We were given a basement room, which was not mentioned during the booking and it was cold. Fortunately, reception staff was able to find another room on the higher ground.

Location very good. Convenient self check in. Room very small, no place to put your stuff. Bathroon tiny. Had a nice sleep though you can hear all from the corridor.
