The location is really great. However, it is very quiet at night. This makes up for the small size of the room. The staff is also very good, and they handle issues promptly and considerately. I love the view from the window the most.

Great location, being less than 10 mins walk from St Pancras but away from the bustle. Newly decorated and immaculately presented. Period charm. All of the staff gave a personal service. Great range on the comprehensive breakfast buffet. An unusual find at this price or higher and much more appealing than the mass, big brands. Will definitely be the first place to check any time we need to stay in london.

Bright spacious, comfortable rooms, Great breakfast. We were allowed to leave our luggage as we arrived early. Nice extra touch of coffee machine on landing. Good central location.

The date was changed for my family with excellent efficiency. Both receptionist had great customer service. The family room was very clean and had toiletries, comfortable beds and perfect for our needs. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of choice. The living room seating area was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Just missed Wolfy the dachshound. We hope to see him next time!
