Breakfast was lovely with a great variety of food. Staff in the restaurant were so helpful, chatty & friendly. The location was so central with the underground only a short walk from hotel.

Short distance to the London Eye, river cruise and more Easy walking distance to an underground station Room was clean and a good size and breakfast was good, lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't have been better.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good location. A lot of restaurants and pubs outside. Excellent bed, refrigerator and cattle in the room.

Jojo was very helpful when checking in. I had 3 rooms even after a special request due to older parents we arrived at 10am but got our rooms at 3pm. Jojo was very considerate and got us one room quicker than the usual time. Suraj, Reddy and John were great with my requests at breakfast as well.
