On booking we looked for a hotel which had gym facilities and catered for our food allergies, h10 seemed like it could offer these as well as a central location so we booked here. The feel of the hotel is certainly modern and sophisticated with views of Canary Wharf, Greenwich park, Battersea Power station and the London eye. The room compromised of a smart tv which could be linked to your phone via screen sharing, a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, ambient lighting. A large shower/toilet area and Nepresso coffee machine. We felt confident speaking to restaurant staff about our food allergies and they catered for them perfectly. Very attentive.

The service. On arrival we were offered a glass of Prosecco which was special as it was my son’s 18th. Then upgraded to the 12th floor without asking and the 12pm check out was truly welcomed after a busy weekend in London. Gorgeous, hot spacious shower too and lovely views from the room. The sky bar views were fabulous.

The staff were very friendly and though for some English wasn't their mother tongue they were very accommodating and helpful, going through all the details for every customer as we waited to check-in. Rooms were spacious enough and the mini-bar had a nice variety of items to drink and eat, made use of the daily top ups.

Great central location close to Waterloo and tube stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and room was seen to by housekeeping everyday.
