Det apartments are conveniently located in a very nice and quiet area, but very close to a lot of shops, resturants and subway. Bathrooms are equipped with all the necessities. The staff surprised us with an upgrade of rooms since we were celebrating my dads birthday.

Comfortable beds, very clean and very quiet. 2 of us went for a 4 person studio and we were overlooking some lovely private gardens. A starling woke us up with his lovely chattering and whistling in the mornings. Good location. 1 of the staff was quite rude but the rest were fine.

Conveniently located but a very rambling route to the room making it a quirky property. Second time staying and will use it again next time in London. Only downside… could have done with a refill of tea/coffee for 2nd night but otherwise great!

The location is perfect. It is near shops and restaurants. The tube is just a five-minute walk away. The apartment had everything needed for a quick dinner and breakfast. It was always spotless, thanks to the cleaners. Some appliances are a bit old but clean. Thanks again to the cleaning team.

Location is great. Very handy to tube stations and reasonable retail area. Copious hot water and a large bath. Cleaners do a good job given the challenges of an old building. Rooms are spacious. Little noise from adjacent rooms. Bed and roll out sofa were comfortable and we slept well. Excellent microwave. Tea, coffee replenished every day and we were given ample towels. It was good value for money.
