The hotel was gorgeous. Really lovely refurbished interior. Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet bedrooms, even though the location in Paddington is great. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Check in isn’t until 3pm but they got our room ready really early and allowed us to check in.

The place was in a great location since we were travelling to winter wonderland for Christmas, the room was cosy and I was able to use the TV to watch my own show, the place was clean and quiet.

Excellent friendly and comfortable hotel in a convenient and quiet location . Only downside - no wardrobe or coat hangers in my room. I needed to hang my suit. Staff produced a hanger, but no hooks from which to hang it. Could soon be rectified.
