The staff were friendly and offered for us to view the room before staying in case we wanted to change our minds. The double bed was also very comfortable!

Very close to Paddington station, 2 min walk. Made for a very convenient stop over when needing to get to Heathrow for an early morning flight. Train then take 30 mins. Also close to food places and had a nice touristy atmosphere. The hotel was welcoming and felt safe.

Reception staff very helpful and professional.Had to move rooms as the ground floor room did not feel safe but reception helped and we got a nicer room on the 4th floor. Thank you again
