Location was great for the Albert Hall, hotel was stunning, staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. Great selection of continental breakfast and hot food available for a very small additional cost which was delicious. Perfect poached eggs!

Fantastic position in a lovely part of London, a few mins walk to Gloucester Rd tube, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Kensington Palace & gardens were an easy walk. The room for our stay was allocated on the top floor with small windows but the next day we were able to move to a larger room with a view for the remaining nights. The continental buffet breakfast was extensive with an excellent selection of quality food - cereals, cheese, ham, pastries, toast, smoked fish, fresh fruit, yoghurt and more. Cooked breakfast was available at an additional cost. Maureen and her team on reception were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended by this fussy travel agent, I will be definitely recommending this property to my clients.
