In all the dealings and communications before we arrived and when we checked in Jordi was extremely polite and helpful. The above issues were clearly beyond his control.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and tidy and the value for money was great. Excellent little hotel for if you are staying in London for a few days
