The location is excellent, only a 2 minute was from the tube station! Also the male staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff was great, very welcoming and available. They let me check in 1h before and kept my luggage during the day after the check out. The location also was great.

The staff were AMAZING! They were really helpful and just lovely, helped us with our bags in and out of the hotel, and there was a male cleaner who was passing us as we were taking our bags out of the room and he straight away helped us I didn’t get his name but he was lovely we didn’t even have to ask for help. The bed was comfy aswell.

We stayed here once before & came away hugely disappointed, however we decided to try again & were so pleased we did. This time our stay was fantastic! A lovely room, plenty of space, tea & biscuits provided, a nice tv & a very comfy bed. We'd definitely return!

Great location, really close to Earls Court for the underground. Staff were fairly friendly. It's basic but satisfactory as a base
