The hotel is in a fantastic location with very aged decor but clean beds and newer bathroom. Breakfast option was cereal yoghurt and toast. Old fashioned but lovely ladies. Day shift staff are helpful at reception. It is in a price range I think you could shop around however the clean comfortable beds and good shower were our favourites after location

The location is good in the center of London, not far away from Victoria station (15min walking); for the standars of London the room was enough good and clean and the stuff friendly; good accomodation if you need to stay just a couple of days in London; breakfast was included in the price

Peaceful, comfortable night followed by a nice continental breakfast. All my interactions with staff were received in a friendly and welcoming way. Location Ideal for stop over between Victoria Rail Station and next day departure from Victoria Coach Station

Great location, near a bus stop and metro station, grocery store open 24/7 just next to the hotel (in case you arrive very late like us and you are hungry). We flew to London Luton and we took a direct bus that stopped 5 min walk from the hotel. Walking distance from the Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. Very friendly staff. The room was small but clean and great for its price. We loved the breakfast :)

The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Easy check in and check out services. The location is very close to Victoria station which is very convenient.

Lovely small hotel in a good location for central London. Staff were pleasant and the rooms although small were very clean. Breakfast was basic with toast cereal yogurt juices and tea/ coffee but more than enough to keep you going. The rooms were comfortable and heating was good. One suggestion would be to have a thermostatic radiator valve on the room radiator because the radiator was either really hot or had to be turned off and would have been nice to regulate temp.

The room was clean & spacious for a couple. Very rare to have a room with wall fan in UK. So i take it as a good feature. Room is equipped with well working heater.
