Hotel was in a great position, just over the road from tube station and variety of shops & restaurants . it was very clean and the room had everything you would need. Breakfast , which was included in our rate was very good , plenty of variety and lots of it . staff were lovely , very attentive and helpful, top marks to them ! Reception staff very helpful and pleasant . Couldn’t fault it to be honest . would recommend if planning a trip to London .

Loved the kids area in reception, it made checking in easier Larrissa in the breakfast area was fantastic and couldn’t do more to help. A great member of staff.

Right near Gloucester Road Tube station for convenient access to the city, walking distance to Museums and Kensington Park. Enough well priced local shops and food choices for a family and a tourist office next door very convenient for booking day trips.

The location is brilliant and has a train station across the road. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. The staff are amazing, the receptionist overheard me speaking with my sister that it was my wedding anniversary and when we went back to our room I found a lovely card, chocolates and wine 🍷. The Secret garden is beautiful with great food! All in all everything was amazing.

They changed our room upon our request. The previous room was taking smell from the restuarant.
