The room we stayed in was very beautiful and clean. The location is perfect if you use public transport. There are two Tube Stations and one Train Station close to the Hotel. Close to the hotel are different restaurants or Shops, as well as a big shopping Mall. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and always helpful. We would love to stay at the Dorsett again.

Near Underground Stations. Near to Westfield 12. The Guys who workd there where always nice and kind and friendly.. They tried all time the best and apologies alote, even then it is not worth this lote of money we spend for the Hotel.

The room is spacious, the bed is big, the bathroom is okay but not very big, there is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, enough toiletries, a sofa, a big mirror. Two subway stations closed by. Various restaurant around the hotel. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Stayed for one night attended James Arthur concert at the 02 empire next door. Very welcoming helpful staff thoughout the stay lovely room very comfortable meeted our needs. Would absolutely stay again.
