The hotel is easily reachable from Paddington station and, at the same time, is located in a quiet place allowing night rest. The metro was audible in my room but did not disturb me much. The room was very small but tidy and clean, with all the necessary toiletrists, except soap. The breakfast was good, with a very nice smiley service that was very appreciated.

Great location near Paddington Station and tube station. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Helpful staff. Reasonable price.

Staff are nice and they accommodated request for ground floor room when I had a bad knee. It wasn’t the Ritz, but then neither was it Ritz prices. Very reasonable for what was paid.

This was very basic but good for our needs to get your head down for one night after a gig at the O2 . Very good location just round corner from Paddington station and a short walk from Hyde Park. We got a good price just under £60 with breakfast for a twin room for one night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area.

The bedroom was fine. The hotel is well situated, close to tube station. Loads of restaurants/shops nearby as well. The staff was nice.

The staff was super friendly (offered to keep an eye on our bags before the check-in time, so we were free to explore the city), location is right next to the metro stations and overall price-value ratio is adequate.
