I was with my wife and 2 kids age 9 & 15 , give us the biggest room possible, and very helpful staff , great location for London and winter wonderland, I will definitely stay there again.

To find breakfast was included was a bonus. It was rather basic but fine. I had a small, snug room, ideal for 1 person for 1 night. Everything worked, it was spotlessly clean. Great. 24.7 Reception (unusual these days) was also very welcome.

The room was small but cosy and the location was great. Less than a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station and underground.
