Check out at 12 noon appreciated Lovely location next to Regent's Park, felt quiet and safe Dogs allowed and parking available - that's a hard one to find in London Nice and clean everywhere

Reception was excellent including the door staff with juice and pastries offered on arrival newyears morning...hotel is quiet and comfortable in a nice location . We had connecting room good for families. good TV choices and rooms warm for December visit Hotel lobby in up a ramp was little difficult for uber to find us .otherwise near by coffee and groceries walking distance

Love this hotel! The rooms are lovely and always clean. But book a deluxe!! We didn’t know there was a difference and our last stay we booked a deluxe, this time was a standard. The perks of a deluxe are definitely worth it!
