Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always met with a smile. Breakfast was very good. Loved the cumberland sausages!. Dining room staff were excellent. Always attentive but subtle. Even knew our choices the second day. Hotel is very convenient for touring the local area and theatres. Overhall, we would rate this hotel as excellent.

Beautiful entrance to hotel. Lovley welcome from staff. Lovley clean spacious room very comfortable cosy bed. Close location to the palladium & shops.
