I have stayed here a number of times previously so I always tend to go back. Good location. But overpriced in my opinion. Room 532? was a terrible room. Shocking bathroom setup and dangerous step out of bath/shower. No handhold. After complaining about room we were allocated anther better room. But please get rid of shower curtains. They are just disgusting

Nice spacious room, clean and a lovely king bed, very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and was plentiful. A few minutes to the tube station so it ticks all the boxes. No complaints.

Excellent location, reception was very festive and the staff were friendly. Our room was a twin room, a little dated but comfortable and clean.

Very polite and helpful staff even when it was extremely busy - it was also nice to see senior staff helping out. Its a beautiful building and very clean throughout. Budget room was small but good value for the location. Breakfast was also good value and very pleasant.

The property was warm, cozy and clean. The rooms are small but very adequate. This was our second time to stay here and we will stay again, very central but in a lovely quiet Area, only about 3-4 minutes walk to Lancaster Gate Tube station which is just down the Street. It’s an ideal place to stay if you are out shopping and sightseeing all day. The bed was very comfortable and warm.
