Clean and comfy with a good hospitality tray.Top quality toiletries. It was quiet despite being on a main road excellent secondary glazing .For the money, it's unbeatable value. It's a great location Definitely will stay again .

Generally, i would say the hotel is nice and i would recommend my friends I will definitely book the same hotel when i visit again Hotel staff were very respectful and nice to customers. Customer care was great

The room had everything we needed, we were on the third floor which probably reduced noise from the street (which is only to be expected when in London!). Customer support was great see "What I didn't like"!

Located literally a few steps away from the Borough Station. Lots of convenience and grocery stores around the area. 8mins from the Market Borough. Self check-in and customer service. I thought this was going to be an issue but Whatsapp customer service responded fast.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean and because it was the top floor at the back of the building it was very quiet. Easy instructions to access the building.

It's my second time in City Space and since last time they have improved. The rooms are small but have everything you need, clean, smelling nice and had all the amenities. The location is next to Borough tube station and a quick walk to a lot of attractions.
