Tidy and clean basic rooms close to many places. Staff is very friendly and the neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Room was smallish but well equipped.

Great location, great facilities, staff excellent and great hospitality. Room had everything we needed, tea, coffee, juice, water, fresh fruit and biscuits. The complementary breakfast was great. A good selection and something for everyone. The staff were extremely helpful considering we booked same day for that night. Everything was ready and had no issues at all. Me and my friends loved everything about it and would stay here again. Fantastic 5* thank you

Location first of all.I have to say that a wee cafe served the best Lebanese shawarma I had in years.Reasonably priced anaw.Would definitely come back.

Great location (10/15 mins walk from Elephant & Castle underground) Very clean Friendly staff The free water, fruit, sweets and biscuits were a nice touch The rooms look like they’ve just been redecorated (fresh) Air con in room Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services Fridge in the room

We were given such a warm welcome on our arrival! The Hotel was very quiet, and slept well! Room was perfect for our weekend stay, and very clean, thanks to the Chambermaid Ava! Location was good, and we walked from the Hotel into the City, though plenty of Buses etc available! Continental Breakfast was available, and pleased by the selection of foods on offer!
