Great hotel which has cool in-room tech. I’ve always liked the fact I can control the room from an app on my phone and can create my room key on my phone with online checkin. Shame breakfast is so expensive! It’s good but pricey.

Location is excellent for several purposes: explore nice restaurants, cafes, galleries or sightseeing on foot or having a good and efficient connection with public transportation to Heathrow Airport, as well as to the railway stations. The bed is comfortable and the mattress is a friendly one to people's sensitive backs. The flat white coffee included in the breakfast is tasty and in the breakfast menu there are decent options to have a good start into the day. Staff at the reception were helpful and friendly (shoutout to Barbara and Marta, thank you both)

One of the best accomodation/hotel for staying in London. Room very nice, all in home automation mood. We stayed for two nights, so cleaning service was not included. Anyway it was not a problem. Restaurant opens 24h, Really a salvation for our night arrival! Check in perfect. Position is fantastic. You can move by walk to the center of London.

Great rooms, black out blinds really make a difference, I guess in hindsight I like a kettle in my room, so if you want to make hot drinks in your room, it may be of consideration.great hotel

Location is amazing for restaurants and bars - 10 min walk to Liverpool st so ideal for seeing the city and if flying into stansted. Super clean and brilliant value
