Pets under 40 kg can be accommodated. Please contact the property directly for more information, using the details on your Booking Confirmation.If a reservation is for a week or more, there is a complimentary full clean on the fourth days stay and weekly thereafter.An additional cleaning fee is applicable for all stays under 7 nights. A daily cleaning service is possible at an additional cost. Rubbish collection is free, however must be requested via the reception when needed.Extra towels and amenities are free, and again must be requested via the reception when needed.Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.The same card use to make the booking needs to be presented on arrival.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £15 per pet, per night applies.From Monday, 6th January, improvement works will take place over approximately 3 weeks, with occasional daytime activity. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Citadines was ideally situated for our purposes being a couple of minutes walk in one direction to the river and five minutes walk the other way to Trafalgar Square. The Embankment tube station and Charing Cross were both nearby to give excellent transport links.

The location was superb, tube close at hand, with easy access to attractions and amenities! Our teens loved that the sofa bed was set up with individual beds! The kitchen was well kitted out. The apartment suited our family's needs on this trip.

Our fourth stay at Citadines Trafalgar Square and we will continue to stay here. The rooms appeared to have been redecorated since our last stay too. The hotel is the perfect location for sightseeing with the main attractions within walking distance and there are two tube stations and an Uber boat pier within a few minutes walk. The studio apartments have a useful kitchen area which we find useful for breakfast. We always ask for rooms facing out to Northumberland Avenue due to great views of the beautiful surrounding buildings which the staff always do their best to accommodate.

The staff were most helpful, we were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was lovely, our request for twin beds was accommodated. The location is absolutely fantastic. A stones throw from Trafalgar Square and the Tube. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after check out at 11am so that we could carry on sight seeing until our train home in the evening. Will definitely be back.

Location Location Location!!! A min walk from Embarkment tube station and 2 min walk from Embarkment river bus pier. 5 min walk to Charing Cross tube and train station. 5 min walk to national gallery and 10 min walk to leister Square or southbank (Christmas market). Room: The room was large (which was useful for a week-long stay with suitcases) and the bed was very comfortable. We got room 302 (twin beds) which is facing the back and was very quiet. It also had a window that can be opened. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher tablets and hand towel). Note that room cleaning happens only if you stay more than 7 nights (but you can ask to schedule it after 4 nights in the lobby). Reception: The coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby was a great feature in both mornings and evenings (in the last couple of days one of the machines was broken which created a queue for the working one). We reported three more issues to the reception team: 1 An issue with the safe (low battery) - we reported about it on our way in, and someone got immediately to the room to replace the butteries. 2 We had an issue with the dishwasher, reported it on our way out and someone fixed it while we were out (we approved). 3 When we asked to get another set of towels – it took 2 hours and on 1am someone knocked on the door and waked us up… ☹
