The location!! Also very kind welcome gesture in the room after mentioning our anniversary! Two female receptionists were really friendly too- can’t remember their names but one began with E and one with O!

Fantastic location right by the Thames and 2 mins walk to embankment tube station - enjoyed morning runs along the Thames. Super convenient for Southwark with loads of nice restaurants and bars Free coffee/ tea 24hrs a days from decent coffee machine in lobby Great value for money, helpful staff and good Covid measures. The fact that there is mini kitchenette with basics is great to order take outs from soho/ Chinatown and avoid crowds on the busy times
