We had a wondeful stay at the hotel. The location was more than great! So close to many attractions such as London eye, Parliament and Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery. It is very well connected with two subway stations - Embankment and Charing cross, we were arriving from Stansted airport and it was very easy to get there with the tube /after Stansted express train/. The bed was comfortable, staff was nice, there was a good and free coffee in the lobby. Room size was also great. We did not hear any noise from outside which was also good.

Great location beside the Thames and two blocks from Trafalgar Square with two close tube stations. Room and kitchenette were a decent size. Good comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. Well priced for the location and amenities. Numerous food stores in close proximity to stock up the kitchen. Good internet connection. Will definitely return!

I was participating in the london half marathon- and the staff were super helpful, complimentary left luggage arrangements gave me peace of mind, and a chance to refresh in the restrooms after. My daughter couldn’t make it as planned so they proactively asked if I wanted to switch from twin to double. Great example of understanding the guest needs (before the guest!!). The person that checked me in was superb. Professional, warm, engaging. Everything you want and need when you arrive. Perfect location. Awesome suite with kitchen. So glad I chose here.

We were within walking distance of all the shows, restaurants and tourist attractions we wanted to see. The location was ideal. The one bedroom apartment was big enough for 2 Adults and 2 kids age 13 & 11. We took the hotel breakfast twice. It was varied, good and given the competition, reasonable value.
