The whole experience of arriving to a lovely welcome, being upgraded to a Tower view room, to the comfort of the room and facilities on offer. The Milk in the fridge, water and biscuits were a godsend as we had been travelling for a while so this was hugely appreciated. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.
