The hotel has a good location. I was able to get to Victoria from the airport (Luton) with just one bus. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is very easy to get to the subway, train and bus. The staff is friendly.

I like how it was very accessible to the grocery, food stalls and to the transportation, In addition the staff were all good. If Im coming back there, I will still choose to stay there because not too expensive

Excellent location in London, very close to Victoria train and bus stations. In our original room the fan in the bathroom would not turn off but the owners were very helpful and attentive in trying to sort out the issue. They kindly moved us to another room. The recommendation for the nearby chicken burgers for dinner was excellent. Great food and good value, cooked fresh and was very tasty.

Fantastic location - about 5 mins walk from London Victoria station. Good, if a little simple, amenities including hair drier, fan, tea and coffee with a kettle. Easy to find and as described.

Perfectly serviceable hotel, a bit worn but can’t expect more for the price. Staff friendly and room was very clean.
