London was our first stop on our holiday, Chelsea closers was a wonderful surprise, loverly staff, loverly clean fully equipped appartments with a very comfortable bed. The location was amazing

Very cute little hotel room in a lovely (normally) quiet part of town. Easy walking access to the tube, Hyde park and the natural history museum. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early because we were so tired from our flight. They also stored our bags free of charge. Only complaint was that we were put in a hallway that was currently under construction which meant that there was occasional power tool noise through the walls and the entirely hallway smelled very very strongly of industrial chemicals. Would maybe be best to put guests elsewhere until those works are completed.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and we liked the kitchen and being able to make breakfast in the room. The bath tube was lovely after a long day of exploring the city. The room was cleaned twice during our six-night stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would gladly come again!

The reception area is beautiful but that ends as soon as you step into the lift. There was only one lift as the other was broken and the working one had a swastika scratched into the door. We began our stay with only one curtain on the window (which the staff replaced very quickly), the paint was peeling off the cracked bathroom wall and there was a very strong smell of urine.

Pros: nice and quiet neighbourhood and you have the metro station 5 min walk away. you have a kitchnette inside the room and a bathtub in the bathroom. Quality price is really worthy Cons: bathroom is extremly small. we stayed 5 days and they never changed our towels. We asked and they said that it is not included in the “soft cleaning”
