Lovely staff. Wilson and at a second stay his colleague were really helpful. Our cases were very heavy and were taken to our room and brought back up (there are no lifts). It was clean, cosy and comfortable and had tea/coffee stay. Perfect for Eurostar travellers.

It was far better than we expected. Yes, the rooms are small but we were there for an overnight stay before catching the Eurostar. Wilson, who looks after reception, is a delightful man who we felt would do all he could to help us and was kind, courteous and “on the ball”. It is a safe hotel, warm, comfortable and clean and not expensive and we are staying there again on our way home.

Super location for a pre-Eurostar stay. Easy access from Gatwick (45 min direct train), super close to St Pancras. Very clean, comfortable. Fan and window that opened worked well.

The hotel is located a stone’s throw from Kings Cross/St Pancras which was clean and provided one with an option for decent accommodation when on a budget.

Very nicely located small hotel. Great for a short night before taking the train back to Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small, but totally understandable due to its location and price.
