The location was good. Quite central for London. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. It had the essentials. The room was clean and we had almost daily room service. The hotel is next to to Pimlico and Victoria station, which was helpful. The price was good when it

The location is great! The hotel is situated in a very good area, close to Westminster and Tate gallery. The facilities are decent for the price. The staff is friendly and does their job perfectly!

We were provided a room on the ground floor as we were traveling with baby. They also provided facilities for storing baby milk in communal refrigerator and warming it in microwave in staff pantry. The usually provide paid wifi for two devices but also provisioned a third one for us. They also allowed around 15 mins late chcekout without any additional charges. Beds were comfortable and heating good. Room was clean.

Lovely hotel, always someone on reception, staff all very helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable and situated in a nice street, just a short walk from the tube. Plenty of pubs and shops a short walk away too.
