The location is perfect as its near to paddington station. Many delicious eatery around the area. The Hotel is quite small especially the toilet but it was new and clean. It is normal for a budget hotel with yhis price and size in London. The food is HALAL and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, 10m minutes walk from Hyde park. Friendly and helpful staff and very clean room. Nice breakfast. Ideal for a couple of nights.

The room, perfect to fit a family of 5. Clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. We stayed for a weekend and we'll definitely come back here next time.

Location is great, so near to Lancastar Gate and Paddington underground stations. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good with different alternatives. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage and continue to sightseeing. You can also leave your luggage after check out if you have time before the flight. Cleaning is good enough. Romms are small as usual in London. If you don't pay so much money and stay in a luxurious hotel, dont complaint about the size of rooms.

Everything was great during my stay—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers in the room. It would be a nice touch to enhance the overall guest experience, especially for those who prefer not to walk around in bare feet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The straff was very friendly and made an effort to make everything go smooth. The breakfast was allright. Nothing fancy but you never needed to leave hungry.
