Communication with the owners before hand was good. Check in was straightforward and staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. They have a small shop for snacks and breakfast items and offer a breakfast basket for £7 per person. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The apartment was clean and has a well equipped kitchen with fridge, dish washer, hob, microwave and complimentary tea, coffee making items and snacks basket. The double bed was comfortable the room was warm and had a window which could be opened for ventilation, which is not always the case in hotels. Toiletries and a towel each were provided. Free WiFi and flat screen TV and plentiful sockets and plugs.

We were really pleased with our stay - just a short walk from Euston. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel where you pick up your keys and head out for the day. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or we caught an Uber which was really easy and good value for money. The apartment itself was fantastic - nicely decorated, very neat and clean, really comfy beds, we had a great night's sleep. We didn't eat in the apartment but it was nice to have the option if we had wanted to, and we were able to make hot drinks. The small basket of juice, biscuits and croissants, and milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, was a really nice touch. The towels were arranged really nicely on the beds. It felt like a safe area to stay with our teenage daughter. Plenty of good restaurants around. No crowds, nice and quiet. Good value for money for the 3 of us - better value than a hotel by far. Thank you to Bruno for being so responsive when I Whatsapped him to ask questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

Helpful welcome from the nearby hotel which administered the keys and a secure left luggage facility. It was nice to have welcoming tea and coffee sachets. as well as croissants. Very clean! The Kingsize bed was appreciated.

Great location, literally 5 minute walk from King’s Cross station. Perfect size for 3 people and great if staying longer than 1 night as had kitchen, dishwasher etc. very clean facilities.

Great location, great apartment and I liked the added little touches, things like washing up liquid soap and coffee all helps, a comfortable night's stay and great location. Bruno is super helpful and friendly

The apartment was well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff at the Alhambra Hotel which is where you need to check in. You can leave bags at the hotel until room is ready or upon departure.
