The friendly staff and location of this hotel is fantastic for a London hotel. The breakfast was lovely too. The neighbourhood the hotel is in is very safe, lots of nice small bars and restaurants.

An excellent hotel with incredible friendly staff that went above and beyond to help out. Good rooms and a full English breakfast. The location is perfect and I’ve never found a hotel in London that is as good in this price range before.

Perfect location about 2 minutes walk from Baker St Station giving easy access to main tourist areas. Nice clean, quite hotel. Comfy room. Breakfast was good with hard-working staff. I asked for gluten free food and received 2 GF bagels and GF cereal which was nice. (In addition to usual bacon and eggs etc) After we checked out the nice receptionist was very happy for us to leave our bags there and collect later which was great as coach back wasn't until 5:30 pm. Also happy for use to use restroom facilities when we went back to get them. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Decent hotel near Baker Street and tube. We came earlier then expected check in and our room was ready. Staff was nice and Nespresso coffee in room was a bonus. Family room for 3 people is not spacious but if you're coming as a tourist, you're not going to spend much time in room anyway.

fabulous location so easy to walk around and lots to do in the area Excellent accommodation staff I was here on an extended stay as I was caring for someone in hospital and the staff made my unusual booking updates so easy

The staff were so helpful and kind. I was there for a month and constantly changing the dates of my departure as I was in the midst of a family emergency. The kindness and flexibility shown to me was second to none and helped me to have a peaceful stay in a stressful time. So much so that i booked 2 more rooms for friends during my stay. The location is superb and made walking to all i needed safe and easy.

I stayed in a standard triple room. Clean but next to no space for any luggage, or to move around.
