Great location in Lancaster Gate. Lovely fresh feel to the hotel, big rooms with comfy beds. Even though on the ground floor, no street noise which was great.

friendliest welcome when we checked in, room was cleaned to exceptional standard every night and they were very kind to let us keep our bags there so we could stay for the day! restaurant also had some delicious menu items, namely the fish and chips and the mojitos! will definitely be coming back here for my next stay in london.

Staff very helpfull, very clean rooms, breakfast excellent, and location spot on, 3 underground stations nearby to get you to zones from 1 to 6. Upgrade of the room Included for free.

The hotel is in a very good location close to Hyde Park. The room was a good size, warm and clean. We did not use the restaurant, but it looked nice.

From the spacious and clean room, to the welcoming and helpful staff, this hotel is well worth the stay. Not to mention, the location is excellent and in waking distance of tubes, shopping and restaurants! Highly recommend staying here if you want amazing value for money.
