The room was perfectly adequate, the bathroom was clean well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, just 5 minutes walk away, so very convenient.

Everything was good. From arrival to departure the staff were efficient and helpful. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast and very close to Victoria tube station. Perfect location.

This hotel was perfect for my onward journey from London Victoria since I arrived late at Heathrow. It's in a relatively quiet location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants and pubs.

Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very handy location for Apollo Victoria theatre. Room was clean and warm, with soap, shampoo and toiletries provided

Arriving late we had one or two problems with the room. These things happen but I rate this place as excellent as the night manager had all problems attended to. In the morning the hotel manager went out of his way to apologise. The question is would I stay again. Breakfast was brilliant Yes
