Our Room was smaller than our previous visit, but was aware of that on booking. Same level of comfort, facilities, cleanliness etc. Breakfast was lovely. Perfectly located for transport links to where we needed to visit.

Exceptionally lovely staff, very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was delightful, despite some very demanding (other) guests! The location is excellent. I slept really well in a confortable, spotlessly clean bed. Having the big sitting area was great.

The room was very comfortable and we could adjust the heating to suit our needs. The location is walking distance from the station - less than 3 mins actually and the surrounding is perfect.

Excellent location in a quiet area (still close to underground station). Clean, comfortable room. Very efficient and pleasant staff. Small lift to upstairs rooms. Appreciated the free and safe storage ahead of check in. Recommend for a London stay.

Great location near to the Swiss Cottage Tube Station and nice quiet neighbourhood. We got an upgrade to a family room. Full English breakfast or Continental. Spacious room.
