If we feel the booking is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and, we will notify you in writing.If you pay for your reservation online, you will still be required to present a credit/debit card as a guarantee, upon arrival. We will pre-authorise £50.00 per night.
This authorisation will be automatically released within 7 to 10 working days.Please note that there are only 2 parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.The hotel do not accept group bookings of 8 or more rooms.Hotel rooms may be allocated on the ground or lower ground floors. Impressed with the follow up to my request for a taxi at 5am. On arrival the receptionist confirmed the price and a time for pick up. Later that day I spoke again to a different receptionist who was able to read noted made earlier that day. Cosy single room although small had everything required for a comfortable stay as so well designed.

We were given a very warm welcome and were even allowed to check into our rooms before the official check-in time. The reception was always staffed, so even a problem with a key card was resolved immediately. The rooms are very well furnished and extremely clean. For London standards, they are even spacious. The room service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally extensive. We traveled at Christmas, and there was even Christmas cake and Prosecco for those who enjoy such treats. The staff is super friendly. The location near Paddington Station is fantastic. Hyde Park is very close by. The underground and buses are within walking distance, as are shops, good cafés, and restaurants. Despite this, the hotel is very quiet. There’s also a small lounge with free coffee and tea. Luggage can be securely stored at the hotel. We thank you very much and wish you a healthy year 2025! We will definitely come back!

It was beautifully clean and crisp. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only 5 minutes walk from Paddington Train and Tube Station and 10 minutes walk from Hyde Park . We would stay there again .

The staff were professional and courteous and welcoming. The breakfast was great value for money and waitress service excellent. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent shower. The rooms had temperature control which was great.

The room was very small but very well appointed, and the space available was put to good use. I appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities, and the smart controls for the room were useful. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the shower was hot and powerful. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, and adequate provision of hanging space for clothes for a short stay.
