Location was perfect, close to Hyde Park, just 2km away on foot from Harrods, next to pubs, restaurants and shops. The room was clean, with enough room for 2, luminous, with a view on the city. Breakfast was super nice: many options to choose from, sweet and savory, English typical but also international.

It was average. We were left a note for a different name. We were put on the top floor next to the lift so was noisy. Our bags were left with reception because we were too early to check in. They could’ve put our bags in our room for us. Bathroom was small and the bath was very old. Water pressure was crap.

location is exceptional. Some of the staff are also extremely polite, considerate and very helpful. This includes management and reception staff, housekeeping staff and breakfast staff! I felt like home away from home, as I stayed almost three months in total there! Thank you Elena, Jesus, Paula etc… the list could be much longer and apologies if I misspelt names. You and your staff made my stay extremely pleasant and will defs return!

A beautiful hotel in a very central location, very close to Lancaster Bridge train station and fifteen minutes' walk from Paddington station. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the breakfast is good and varied and the staff is wonderful, both at the reception and in the dining room, requests are welcome. Since I was traveling alone, I got a single room with a single bed, the room was definitely enough for what I needed. In addition, when you hang the "Please clean my room" sign, they also take care of clean coffee cups, coffee cups and milk, as well as cookies. A wonderful way to start the morning even before going down to the dining room. Every request I made even before I arrived was met with settlement, when I arrived I was happy to find a wonderful staff that helped me find my way around a bit. Really wonderful, I'm sure I'll come back again!
