The toilet was right next to the wall with the mirror. Compressed against the wall and the room was cold. This was the only problem. Everything else was good

Location was excellent. We will probably stay here again. I met a number of staff and all credit to them each of them were super friendly and courteous. Just relaxed easy going nice and genuinely happy people. Your staff were the best thing about our stay. Thank you to them for making such a great impression.

Nice hotel conveniently situated. The number 24 bus goes near the hotel and takes you to Victoria Station, Cambridge Circus and Tottenham Court Road.

It was close to everything we needed. Cheap stay for a family. Three adults in a room, enough space for one night.

The staff were helpful. I arrived in London on the overnight sleeper train from Edinburgh and had to pay for an early check in. I was at the hotel about 0915 but had to wait till 1100 to get to my room. Perhaps this wasn't the hotels' fault. The room was quite comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good , central but in a quiet area easy to get to. The bed was comfortable.
