Exceptional room with an amazing view of the Shard (pic taken from our room) and across to the London Eye, very clean and tidy, decent fridge in room (yay!), friendly staff, Sainsbury's 2 mins away. Five minute walk to Tower Bridge and lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs close by - and Borough Market. All above expectations tbh, and will definitely stay again.

The staff were excellent. A lovely girl Sohna at reception was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room's AC was broken and she provided me with a new room once it was established that we couldn't fix it.
