All outstanding payments are collected on arrival at the hotel when checking-in.Our hotel does not have a lift/elevator but if you need help with your luggage, please ask the receptionist to help/assist you.Visitors are welcomed in the hotel reception area but they will not be allowed to go into the bedrooms.Luggage storage option is available at the hotel, free of charge, for guests that arrive early on arrival day, or leaving late after checking-out on departure day. Please note that the property does not have an overnight luggage/baggage storage option.Breakfast is served every day from 7am - 9am except on Christmas Day. We do not serve breakfast on 25th December.Check-in is from 1pm officially. Check-out is by 10:30am officially. Belvedere Hotel is open 24 hours a day.

Very conveniently located next to Paddington station. National Express bus stop to the airport also nearby. My bed was very comfortable and slept very well every night. Wifi in the 4th floor was strong. Room was cleaned every day.

Dirty towels and then a struggle for staff to provide replacement one. Office staff weren’t particularly warm and friendly.

The location of the hotel was excelent. The room for 3 was big enough for us to not feel cramped. The bathroom felt new.

Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel. Staff I met were friendly. The location of the hotel in Paddington is very convenient, and in a peaceful area. The room was comfortable. My only grumbles would be that the breakfast ending at 9.00am was too early, especially as it was a Sunday, and the clocks had gone forward by one hour. So, I didn’t rise for it. Check-out was also early at 10.30am. The wash basin in the room was on the small side, and with the glass shelf above, did not make it easy to use. The shower was good. I slept well.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Needed to change my room due to injury and it was done instantly by the reception staff. The location was easy to access as very close to Paddington Train and Tube stations.

The family room had plenty of storage, bathroom was clean as was the room itself and the bedding. The juliette balcony was a nice extra. Location was 10/10. Breakfast was nice.

I stayed for one night in a standard double room on the first floor. The room was clean tidy and warm. The hotel is located a moments walk from Paddington, a Tesco Express and Greggs is around the corner, three pubs within spitting distance. You can just hear the rumble of the tube trains which I loved, its not loud so wont keep you awake. I didn't have breakfast at the property but it was only £7.50 for a full English which is good price.

The location was perfect for all my business meetings and it was really easy to get to from Paddington Station.
