The additional fee has to be handled with the property directly in cash.• Smoking is prohibited at this property.• No parties are permitted.• Only adults over 21 years old can make a reservation.• Baby travel cot can be provided, the fee is £20 paid in cash on arrival.• Use of extra sofa bed in suite 9 and suite 5 is £30 per stay, due in cash on arrival. Extra guests can be added at £20 per night per guest, due in cash on arrival.• This is a self check-in accommodation, you need to take up your own luggage to the studio.• Extra set of linen £20. Ease of booking. Great communication from the owner regarding check in and check out. The service manager was available whenever needed. The room was clean and well equipped and very nice touches with coffee pods and toiletries.

This place was really perfect for our needs, 5 minute walk from Belsize train station and in a quaint neighbourhood with some convenience stores. Clean, comfortable and great as we had a kitchen to cook in/a separate space to the bedroom The host was great for communication and answering any queries in a timely manner, we would recommend this place again to any friends

we stayed in suite 9, we liked everything, the charming neighborhood, the suite was clean, large, comfortable and equipped with everything, the shower in my opinion was excellent, large, good water pressure in the evening hours, delicious soaps supplied, well-stocked kitchen, helpful staff

Antonia was wonderful and could be reached at any time. Everything was there, even a washing machine and a microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable. The Northern Line is only a 3 minutes walk away, the neighbourhood very pleasant and quiet.
