Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel smells really nice and is close to the train and bus station. I definitely would stay here again. Only disadvantage is that it is on the smaller side. However it was very affordable and in a prime location.

Very close to Victoria Tube Station. Almost value for money, I think realistically the room price should be £35 a night.

It was very clean, no ves bugs, no humidity, there’s heating inside the room. The rooms are spacious. Excellent location and the staff are very friendly.

Frankly speaking, I am not very sure why they are many negative reviews here. I have got a room on the ground floor, overlooking the street. The atmosphere was lovely, fully immersed in the Belgravia neighbourhood. Plus, the street itself is tranquil and quiet. The room was very clean and pleasant, the bathroom was fresh and tidy, the bed was large (more than enough for two people). There was a heater in the room. The maid had left the heater for me on, so it was a very warm welcome (literally). Moreover, there are legendary cafes around (right next door), the Buckingham Palace is just 15 minutes away on foot, the Victoria Tube Station and the Coach Terminal are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The best value for money in the city centre of London. Thus, I will deffo be back :)
