We arrived earlier than expected, the room was not ready but we were made most welcome, and offered refreshments in one of there resting rooms. When we checked in we were upgraded, the room didn't disappoint in any way, this is not our first visit or last, the staff could not be more helpful if they tried, we arrived back after the first night and ordered a pot of tea for two at the desk when we came in and we only just beat them back to the room, we only ordered breakfast for our second morning and it arrived at the time arranged (you eat in your room), the food we ordered could not have been better and set us up or the day. The hotel is situated 2 minutes walk from Spitalfields Market, we walked everywhere as you see more of the city but, with cabs, buses and underground all local, getting about the city is easy and fast. We stop here as a treat to ourselves because we are made to feel special and spoilt.

This was my second time at Batty Langleys, and I absolutely love staying here. The room is immaculate, the bed is comfy and the bath is gorgeous. I had a load of work to do, and it was beautifully peaceful. Also, morning tea and biscuits are perfect, thank you so much.

Beautiful hotel and room. Beds and bedding so comfortable - like sleeping in a cloud. Bathroom sparkling clean and beautifully fitted out. Honesty bar so relaxing and good choice. Room service food excellent and not overpriced considering the hotel.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, a huge thanks to all of them for their kindness. The hotel itself is a jewel in the heart of La City, decorated with incredibly good taste and make you feel good and cosy instantly. We can’t wait to come back.

The team were very welcoming and helped put my luggage in my room as I was in a rush & they got it out when I was in a rush the next day . You really felt the team were trying to help you meet your work commitments . We are always running these days with very little time and too much on our minds They even had a spare toothbrush ! Very comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room The snacks were fun & original The breakfast was delicious & on time ! The bathroom was particularly good and there was a lot of space which helps to relax in the morning and evening . Very comfortable bed

The decor, thoughtful design. History. Lovely areas such as parlour and library to enjoy some refreshments or just relax.

The hotel was adorable. Only 29 rooms so a boutique feel. The location was excellent only a 5 minute walk to Liverpool station which enables you to get around London either using the underground or overground trains. Also excellent connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth line. We will definitely stay here again as the area around had great shops and markets.
